Cooking has always been therapeutic for me…I started this blog in 2009 in the midst of pursuing a PhD…and haven’t touched it since I finished in 2014. In 2021, I moved from Philadelphia to one of Delaware’s bay communities and have been settling into a rural’ish lifestyle. Surprisingly, I love everything about it, except having to drive a minimum of 20 minutes to get anywhere; my 2023 Outback has 27k miles on it! While I’m still doing a lot of ethnic cooking; I’m also doing quite a bit of outdoor cooking - Traeger, flattop, and charcoal...so i'm dusting off this blog after a decade. The food landscape has changed quite a bit and social media is saturated with HD content...this blog is more of a quarterly journal than a lifestyle documentary. I’m still cooking from the edge because I’m handling a working line GSD in addition to everything else!
